I’m heading to the gym and I wanted to be transparent with you all about what I doing for the next 3 weeks
I read that it takes 21 days to form or break a habit so I plan on forming some transformational habits this season
This is my self-love journey back to my heart when it come to my health, fitness, and daily routine
I got a little too relaxed this summer, but I know I thrive best with structure and accountability measures
I know my worth and I know the work I gotta put in so I’m reclaiming my body and mind and affirming that they will always remain in top notch shape
